Refund & Cancellation

At Atooba, we believe in complete transparency. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate labor required to provision servers, domains, and design architecture, our refund policy is strictly defined below.

1. Website Design & Development

• Advance Payments: The 50% advance payment required to commence a website design and development project is strictly non-refundable once development or design work has begun. This covers the immediate labor, server provisioning, and strategy time invested by our team.
• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel the project after work has started but before completion, you will not be billed for the remaining 50% balance, but the 50% advance will not be refunded. Any completed code or designs remain the property of Atooba until paid in full.

2. Website Maintenance Services

• Our website maintenance services cover active server costs, monitoring software, and reserved technical labor for the designated service period across Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, nearby areas, and all over India.
• Once a website maintenance plan is activated or renewed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rata refunds if you decide to migrate to another developer mid-term.

3. Third-Party Services (Domains, SSL, Email Hosting)

• Payments made for third-party services—including domain name registrations, SSL certificates, and Professional Email Hosting (e.g., Google Workspace, Hostinger)—are executed immediately with the respective registrars.
• Because these are processed instantly and assigned to your business entity, they are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Digital Visiting Cards

• Digital visiting cards are generated and delivered digitally. Due to the immediate delivery and active hosting of these assets, purchases are non-refundable.

5. SEO Services

• Search Engine Optimization requires ongoing, manual labor. As we cannot control Google's proprietary algorithms, we do not guarantee specific ranking results.
• Payments made for SEO packages (e.g., our 6-month package) are non-refundable for the months where labor has already been executed.

6. Right to Modify

Atooba reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effectively immediately upon posting to this page.
