Free Revisions & Testing Workflow
We build your website on our secure test server—not on your live domain. You get early access to see progress. Website development takes 1 week to 4 weeks or more depending upon complexity and revisions.
- Weekly Implementation: You send suggestions via WhatsApp. We collect and make changes every week. You never need to chase us.
- Final Review (7 Days): When we confirm the website is complete, you get a full week to test everything and send final corrections.
- Launch: After final fixes (within 24-48 hours), your website goes live and the test server access is removed.
Complimentary 30-Day Correction Window (Post-Launch)
Once your website is live, we offer a free 30-day window for minor adjustments. Just send requests via WhatsApp and we batch them weekly.

Redesigning & Rebuilding Existing Websites
If you already have a website but want a fresh design, we do a complete Rebuild from Scratch.
- What's Included: Manual extraction of text content from your old site, downloading existing images/media, and preserving your old URL structure (via 301 redirects) so you don't lose SEO value.
- What's Not Included: We do not fix old, broken code or malware from your previous developer. We build entirely fresh.
Extra Features & Scope Changes
We are flexible and can add new features anytime. Here’s how it works:
- During Development: If you request a feature not in the original quote, we send a revised quote. You approve via email, and the extra payment is due with your final 50% at launch.
- After Launch (During Maintenance): If you request a new feature after the site is live, we send a new quote. Payment is due 100% upfront before we begin the new work.
Out of Scope Items (Not Included)
To keep our development costs affordable, certain specialized services are deliberately kept out of our standard web design scope. These must be provided by you or quoted as a separate project:
